These apply to anyone registering to attend the exhibition at the Dubai World Trade Centre.

1. Event Organizer
OS+H Middle East 2026 is organized by Messe Düsseldorf Gulf (hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer”).

2. Admission Policy

Admission is restricted to trade professionals and business visitors only. Minors under the age of 18 are not permitted on the exhibition floor.

The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any visitor whose conduct is deemed disruptive or inappropriate without liability.

3. Registration & Badges

Visitors must provide accurate professional information during registration.

Visitor badges are non-transferable. You may be asked to provide proof of identity (Emirates ID or Passport) to enter the venue.

4. Visual Media & Recording

By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or filmed. The Organizer may use such media for promotional purposes (social media, website, brochures) without compensation to the visitor.

Personal photography of exhibitor stands is permitted unless explicitly prohibited by the exhibitor.

5. Health & Safety

Visitors must comply with all health and safety regulations issued by the Dubai World Trade Centre and the Organizer.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Organizer is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property, nor for any injury sustained during the event, except where required by UAE law.
